Your quote and booking

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Before you agree to a clean, we will confirm the tasks included, exclusions, total price including any applicable taxes and agreed charges, payment arrangements, visit arrangements and any terms for changing regular visits. Additional work requires your agreement.

Your cancellation rights

If you are a consumer and enter a qualifying distance or off-premises service contract, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email, telephone or post. You can use the form below, but do not have to.

If you want cleaning to start during that period, we must obtain your express request. If you then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation where the legal conditions are met. You only lose the cancellation right after the service is fully performed if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence. Applicable refunds will be made within 14 days of being informed of cancellation, normally using the original payment method.

Service standards and concerns

Consumer services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Your statutory rights, including applicable rights to repeat performance or a price reduction, are not excluded. Please contact us about a problem so we can investigate. Any additional booking terms must be provided before you agree.

Before work begins

Early-start consent must be obtained separately from any marketing permission. We will provide the applicable contract information and cancellation instructions in a form you can keep before work starts. Changes to recurring arrangements and any cancellation charges must be clearly agreed in advance and must be fair. A charge must not remove statutory cancellation rights.
